I recommended freelanceworkexchange in a previous post and I am going to have to take that back! I joined for my trial period and submitted a TON of applications and did not receive one reply! If you joined with a recommendation from me, Iam truely sorry.
I have cancelled my membership.
I have heard good things from a work associate of my mom's that uses www.elance.com .
I believe there is a cost to join but I know my mom's work associate does actually bid on jobs and get paid.
